Can any of you figure out what she was going for with this look? New 90210 star Shenae Grimes, out with AnnaLynne McCord (who looks great in the blue dress), decided to pair boxers with suspenders and a hideous scarf sloppily looped around her neck…someone call Rachel Zoe, stat!

Bai Ling at the SAG Awards.
This was a couple of days before Bai Ling was arrested for shoplifting at LAX. She was caught stealing two celebrity magazines (which probably had her as “worst dressed” at the SAG Awards) and some batteries.
